Bath Club Membership

What is it? 

Our monthly bath club is a membership program that gives you access to unlimited bath appointments for a flat monthly rate. Cut down shedding, prevent matting, and enjoy a clean pet all month long! No more stinky dog in your bed or on your couch. Members also receive 15% off all full groom services as an active member of our Bath Club!

Why do I need it? 

Does your dog enjoy swimming, hiking, playing at the local dog park or attend doggy daycare? Are you tired of the constant shedding, matting or hair all over your house? Maybe you have an allergy sufferer at home and need a way to reduce dust, dirt, hair & dander? Then this program is for you! Regular baths and brushing is crucial to the health of your dogs skin and coat. Baths help loosen dirt, debris, mats and loose coat from the skin and prevents flakey, smelly skin and excessive shedding or matting. Preschedule appointments to keep your dog fresh and clean. Need an extra bath this month from a roll in the mud? Give us a call and we’ll get you scheduled in!

What’s Included? 

At each visit, your dog will receive a full bath and conditioning treatment with shampoos & conditioners specifically selected according to your pet’s skin and coat needs.  Their bath will be followed up with a blow out, brush out, undercoat removal, nail trim/file and ear cleaning all performed by one of our specially trained bathing staff members. Teeth brushing, face trims, specialty treatments can be added on as desired at a 15% discount. Many times, our grooming staff will see your pet exponentially more than a vet and are the first ones to find changes to your dogs skin and health. Regular bathing allows us to give your dog a thorough once over and alert you to any concerning changes that may need to be seen by your veterinarian. 

How Much does it Cost? 

The monthly bath club pricing is based on your dogs size and coat type. Add-on services may by added for an additional fee (i.e. teeth brushing, specialty treatments, face/feet/sanitary trims). Baths can be scheduled as frequently as every week! Hair trimming is not included and haircuts must be booked separately from bath club appointments as they require a significant amount of additional time and must be scheduled and performed by one of our stylists. However, your bath club membership does entitle you to 15% off full groom services. Monthly fee may vary depending on amount of coat and special handling (i.e. show coats, corded coats, etc) 

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my dog needs a haircut? Full grooms will be scheduled and charged separate from your bath club membership, however, Bath Club Members will receive 15% off any full groom services. Hair trimming is NOT included in bath club baths and full grooms require your appointment to be scheduled with a stylist so these will be scheduled and charged separately. If you have a bath club appointment scheduled and feel that your dog could use a full groom instead, you are welcome to call us in advance and see if a stylist will be available at that time for a full groom, but accommodation is dependent on availability and cannot be guaranteed and you will be responsible for full groom payment at pick up. 

Bath Club services will be performed by one of our specially trained bathing staff members therefore, if a full groom is needed, it will have to be booked with one of our stylists, separate from your bath club appointment. 

What if I want to pause my membership? If you have an extended vacation scheduled or are headed north for the summer, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months per year and restart without delay when you return. Your membership will automatically resume once your paused time period has ended. Should you wish to cancel your membership while your membership is paused, you will be charged for one last month before the subscription is officially cancelled. 

What if I want to cancel my membership? Cancellations can be made at any time in writing via email or post mail, 30 days in advance. For example, if you cancel for December 1st and it is November 25th, we will cancel your membership for January 1st giving a full 30 days. If you choose to cancel your membership while your membership is paused, you will be charged for one final month before your subscription is officially cancelled. 

How will my membership be charged? Memberships will be automatically charged to your account on a monthly basis. No payment will be needed at the time of your Bath Club membership appointments unless add-on services are requested for that visit. Want to add on an upgraded specialty treatment or teeth brushing to every visit? Ask how you can upgrade your monthly services for a flat additional cost to your monthly charge.

How do I book my bath club appointments? We recommend choosing a set schedule for your Bath Club appointments so that you are able to get the best days and times for your schedule and get the most out of your membership. Need a last minute bath you weren’t expecting? Give us a call and we will work you into the schedule as quickly as possible. Bath Club members will be given priority scheduling, but appointments cannot be guaranteed at any time without notice. Walk-in appointments are not available, call ahead for scheduling, please. 

Does my Bath Club membership entitle me to a discount on my full groom appointments? Full groom services will be scheduled and charged separate from Bath Club services, however, your Bath Club membership does entitle you to 15% off any full groom services. A Bath Club membership also helps to prevent matting fees and prevent unsightly shave downs due to matting. It is also a great choice if you are wanting to keep your pets longer over the winter months and prevent spring shave downs.
