Self Wash rules
- Only well behaved pets are allowed in the self wash area.
- Only one pet per owner is allowed in the self wash area at a time.
- Owners must supervise their pets at all times while using the self wash area
- Pets must be on a leash while in the self wash area
- No aggressive or uncontrolled pets are allowed in the self wash area
- Pets must be fully rinsed off and dried before leaving the self wash area
- Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the self wash area
- No food or treats are allowed in the self wash area
- Please be considerate of others and limit your wash time to your purchased amount.
- Pets must be free of fleas and ticks before using the self wash area. If you find a flea or tick on your pet during the wash, please notify a staff member immediately.
- Owners must provide proof of current vaccinations for their pets before using the self wash area.
- No electric clippers or other grooming tools are allowed in the self wash area as they may pose a safety hazard to other pets.
- If a pet becomes aggressive or unmanageable, the owner must immediately remove the pet from the self wash area.
- Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets are comfortable and not experiencing distress during the wash
- Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not damage any equipment or fixtures in the self wash area.
- Owners must sign a waiver and release form before using the self wash area, acknowledging their responsibility for their pets safety and behavior.
